I have fine, easily damaged hair that I've been trying to get healthy again for a long time.

In addition to cutting back on how often I wash it and using a sulfate-free shampoo (like the ones on this site), I really, really enjoy using this conditions and the Energy Blend one. My hair is finally getting stronger, shinier and much healthier!
