I received my package with a perfectly wrapped plastic bottle of hair conditioner. Also inside was a sample of  an unscented face cream. I've only used it a couple of times, so have no impression as of yet. I also received a flavored life saver. I thought the whole experience was delightful.
The only complaint I have, which I have with most patchouli shampoos, conditioners or body wash, is that they don't have enough of a patchouli fragrance. Patchouli is my absolute favorite fragrance. I do like the patchouli to be mixed with other earthy fragrances also.  I really like the product, but more patchouli please.
